How do I book a flight?

Booking a flight is easy! Simply enter your departure city, destination, travel dates, and number of passengers on our homepage. Click "Search Flights" to see available options. Select your preferred flight, enter passenger details, and pay using EcoCash, OneMoney, or bank transfer. You'll receive your e-ticket instantly via email and WhatsApp.

Do I need to create an account to book?

No, you can book as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to easily view and manage all your bookings, save passenger details for faster checkout, and receive exclusive deals and offers.

How will I receive my ticket?

Once your payment is confirmed, your e-ticket will be sent immediately to the email address you provided during booking. We'll also send a copy to your WhatsApp number. You can print the e-ticket or show it on your phone at the airport.

Can I book for someone else?

Yes, you can book flights for family members, friends, or colleagues. Just enter their passport details accurately during the booking process. You can use your own email and phone number to receive the booking confirmation and e-ticket.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept multiple Zimbabwean payment methods: EcoCash, OneMoney, Telecash, InnBucks, and bank transfers (RTGS/USD). All payments are processed securely with 256-bit encryption.

Is my payment secure?

Yes, absolutely! All payments are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption through Zimbabwe's trusted payment systems. Your payment details are never stored on our servers. We're fully compliant with international security standards.

How do I pay with EcoCash?

Select EcoCash as your payment method at checkout and enter your EcoCash number. You'll receive a push notification on your phone to approve the payment. Enter your EcoCash PIN to confirm. Once approved, your booking is instantly confirmed.

Can I pay in USD?

Yes! All our prices are displayed in USD. You can pay using USD EcoCash or USD bank transfer. If paying via mobile money with ZWL, the amount will be converted at the current bank rate.

✏️ Changes & Cancellations

Can I change my flight dates?

Yes, most tickets can be changed subject to airline policies and availability. Changes may incur a fee plus any fare difference. To change your dates, go to "Manage Booking", enter your booking reference, or contact us on WhatsApp. We recommend making changes at least 48 hours before departure.

Can I cancel my booking?

Cancellation policies depend on your ticket type and the airline's rules. Some tickets are non-refundable but may allow name changes or date changes. Contact us to check your cancellation options. If eligible, refunds are processed within 7-14 business days.

Can I change the passenger name?

Name changes are subject to airline policies. Minor corrections (like fixing a typo) are usually allowed. Complete name changes may not be permitted or may require cancellation and rebooking. Contact us immediately if you need to change a name.

How do I request a refund?

To request a refund, go to "Manage Booking" and select "Cancel Booking", or contact us on WhatsApp with your booking reference. We'll check if your ticket is eligible for a refund and process it within 7-14 business days if approved.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days from approval. The refund will be sent to the same payment method used for booking. EcoCash refunds are usually faster (2-3 days), while bank transfers may take up to 14 days.

What if my flight is cancelled by the airline?

If the airline cancels your flight, you're entitled to a full refund or free rebooking. We'll contact you immediately with your options. If you prefer a refund, it will be processed within 7-14 business days with no cancellation fees.
